Terms of service
Terms of service
These are the terms between you and Wisdom Tomorrow LLC (“Wisdom Tomorrow”, “we”) for wismoro.com and the learning app at app.wismoro.com. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@wismoro.com before you agree.
Effective October 10, 2026.
1. The service
Wisdom Tomorrow is a self-paced learning platform for ages 5 to 18 with two courses, Math and Coding, and Human Skills, which is included at no charge for any child covered by either course. Lessons, practice, projects and a built-in coach that runs on our own computers. There are no live teachers. It supports learning at home; it is not a school, does not award credit, and does not replace a child’s school or any professional advice.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of every child you add.
- Children use the service only through the profile you create. Keep your own password private; children never need it.
- A learner who is 18 may create their own account, and a learner who turns 18 may take ownership of their profile by email link (see the privacy policy). From then on they are the account holder under these terms, and the parent no longer controls or sees that profile.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your email address current, since it is how we reach you about your children. You can change it in the parent portal; we confirm with both addresses.
- One parent account per family. You may add several children.
3. Privacy and consent
Our privacy policy is part of these terms. Classes for a child open after you confirm from the consent email we send you. You can withdraw consent or delete data at any time, as the policy describes.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Price: $19 per child, per course, per month, plus any applicable tax. Math and Coding are separate subscriptions; one child taking both is $38 a month. Human Skills is included with either.
- Payment is through PayPal and renews monthly on the day you subscribed until you cancel. PayPal’s terms apply to the payment itself.
- Cancel any time in the parent portal or in your PayPal account. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for; there is no cancellation fee.
- Refunds: if something was wrong on our side, or you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we refund that month in full. Otherwise months already started are not refunded.
- If a payment fails, PayPal emails you and we pause access to that course until it is paid. A renewal that is a few days late does not interrupt a class. Saved work is kept.
- Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead and never apply to a month you already paid.
5. Free courses and school programs
We may grant free courses to families and offer separate pricing to schools and organizations. A free course can be ended by either side at any time; when we end one, we email you first. School and organization agreements are written separately.
6. Using the service fairly
- Use it for your own family’s learning. Do not share logins, scrape content, probe our systems, or try to get to another family’s data.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful or harmful, or anyone else’s personal information.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules; we will email you the reason and how to reach us.
7. Content and your child’s work
Lessons, practice material, software and designs belong to Wisdom Tomorrow LLC or its licensors; you may print and use them for your own family’s learning. Everything your child creates belongs to your family. You give us only the permission needed to store and show it back to you. We never publish a child’s work.
8. Changes and availability
We improve the service continually and may add, change or retire features. We aim for the service to be available all the time but it runs on real equipment and will sometimes be down; if an outage lasts more than a day in a billed month, email us and we will credit it. We may stop the service entirely with 60 days’ notice, with a refund of any unused time and a chance to download your family’s data.
9. Responsibility
We provide the service with care but “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Wisdom Tomorrow LLC is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
10. Legal
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and the United States. If we ever disagree, write to us first; most things are solved by email. Otherwise courts in Ohio have jurisdiction. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; we email parents about meaningful changes 30 days ahead, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
